I design digital products that actually make sense to the people using them. For 3 years I've been deep in fintech and B2B — the kind of products where a confusing flow costs someone real time or real money. Before touching any screen, I research: the market, the competition, and most importantly the real pain the user is carrying. That context is what makes the design work. I care about the details too: the spacing, the hierarchy, the moment a form stops feeling like a form. Growing into Product & Service Design, because I want to understand the whole problem — not just the screen. Diseño productos digitales que de verdad tienen sentido para quienes los usan. Llevo 3 años en fintech y B2B — el tipo de productos donde un flujo confuso le cuesta tiempo real o dinero real a alguien. Antes de tocar una pantalla, investigo: el mercado, la competencia y, sobre todo, la dolencia real del usuario. Ese contexto es lo que hace que el diseño funcione. También me importan los detalles: el espaciado, la jerarquía, el momento en que un formulario deja de sentirse como formulario. Creciendo hacia el Diseño de Producto & Servicio, porque quiero entender el problema completo — no solo la pantalla.
